while the US is breaking bridges China is building bridges, for the first in a long while Canada is seeking trade deals with China whiles trump is threatening its greatest allies (canada) with 100% tarrif. the question is, is tarrifs and visa sanctions the only trump cards in Mr Trump's strategic books ? as a young person growing up I loved trump for his flagship on TV program the apprentice. but he can't run a nation like a tv show and just say "you're fired" . trading soft power that the US have earned over the past years through strategic alliance and mutual respect for personal ego. but I will also be quick to say Africa should also be mindful of the communist influence, it can really burn with no mercy. in Africa we have a proverb which goes like " the devil you know is better than the angel you don't know" #geopolitics
