  • Nigerian stars Kanayo O. Kanayo, Patience Ozokwor, Zubby Michael, Mike Ezuruonye, Destiny Etiko and others are in Ghana for Lil Win’s international movie project, “A Journey to Africa (Nzulezu).”

Give Lil Win his flowers! This guy is spending serious money, bringing major African stars to Ghana and investing in quality productions. Do people even know what it costs to bring all these names together?

Lil Win remains a Kumawood icon and one of the biggest faces of Ghanaian movies. That unnecessary comparison with Akabenezer needs to stop. You can’t compare someone investing in full-scale movies and international collaborations to comedy skits where food is constantly being poured away and curvy women are featured just to help scenes trend.

  • BREAKING: Ghana GoldBod says it generated a massive US$1.8 billion in foreign exchange in September 2026, after previously targeting US$1.4 billion for the month. GoldBod had already generated US$1.315 billion in August under its new financing model.

Whatever your politics, Sammy Gyamfi and his GoldBod team deserve their flowers for these reported numbers. This is the kind of public-sector performance people want to see: set the target, get to work and deliver the figures.

Sammy Gyamfi is working. GoldBod is working. The figures are speaking. Everything is on point!

Now, NPP, what’s the next agenda?

  • An earlier conversation between myself and a friend.

….marya, the circle guy’s issue happened right opposite my house.

Me : what’s the story ?? What exactly happened.

…he got catfished by a guy in the area. The whole time he thought he was chatting a lady but it was the guy. When he got here, he got missing so the guy asked his girlfriend to pick him to the house. She did that, served him wine and left the guy indoors with her boyfriend and another guy.

No one knows what happened in there but they went to dump him around spintex and brought the car to a mechanic shop in the area for a sprayer to change the color of the car but luckily the sprayer had seen the MISSING PERSON AND CAR flyer online so he went to make a report at the Manet police station and an arrest was made. The police has been in and out of the neighborhood all day. Hopefully after investigations, we all get to know what actually happened.

  • Alan Kyerematen, Leader of the United Party, has argued against government funding for the $4 billion Accra-Kumasi Expressway.

According to him, the project could have been handed to the private sector and tolled, reducing the burden on public finances.

  • A 32-year-old Nigerien tricycle rider, Mustapha Usman, has been sentenced to seven months’ imprisonment at the Ho Central Prisons for facilitating the unlawful entry of four Nigeriens into Ghana.

Usman reportedly charged the four GH¢200 each and transported them from the Lagos Lorry Park in Lomé, Togo, to Kojoviakope in Aflao, where they were intercepted by officers of the Ghana Immigration Service.

He was charged with migrant smuggling and causing a false representation to be made, while the four Nigeriens were deported.

Big commendation to the Ghana Immigration Service for the vigilance. Our borders cannot be taken for granted, and officers who remain alert and enforce the law deserve recognition. Keep protecting Ghana’s borders

  • A popular phone dealer at Circle, Nana Yaw, widely known as Dinero/Terry, has reportedly been missing for three days after travelling to Teshie to complete a phone deal.

According to a close associate, Terry sent him a WhatsApp message around midnight on Sunday claiming he had been “set up” by a girl in a room at Teshie. He reportedly shared a photo of the room and his live location.

The associate became suspicious because the messages did not appear to match Terry’s usual style of communication. Around 3 a.m., another message reportedly came through claiming Terry had been released.

However, Terry’s family later confirmed that he had not returned home and could not be reached. The associate subsequently discovered that the photo and location shared in the chat had been deleted.

Terry’s Honda Civic is also reportedly missing, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
